About the Course
The Executive Development Programme in Human Resource Management (EDPHRM) at XLRI is a 12-month, part-time programme for working professionals with at least 4 years of experience in the HR field. The training covers a wide range of issues, including strategic HR planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
